NOTE:

  • We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination address. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at shop.cetart@gmail.com as soon as possible.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at shop.cetart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You can always contact us for any return question at shop.cetart@gmail.com.

NOTE:
Customer are resposible for any shipping costs back, refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.

 Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    PayPal
    PayPal is a very easy and fast way to pay for your online purchases. At the end of your order you will be asked by PayPal in a new window to make your payment. Once you have approved the purchase by entering your PayPal password, you will automatically be returned to our shop.

    • In case of refunds, the amount will be reimbursed to your PayPal account.

    To pay via Debit/Credit Card instead of PayPal:

    You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

    1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
    2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
    3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
    4) Click Continue to return to Website.

    You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that these costs are not refundable.
    In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

    Timing for Exchanged Products:

    The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

    Additional Shipping Recommendations:

    For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is to ensure the safe and confirmed return of your items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Returns and Exchanges: We happily accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the process. Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.

    Cancellations: You can request a cancellation if the item has not yet been shipped. Please do so as soon as possible to ensure the process is seamless. Canceled orders may be subjected up to 25% for the restocking fee
